DANOBAT ESTARTA 315 CENTRELESS

Base built on natural granite for optimum thermal and dynamic stability, the ESTARTA-315FVi centerless grinding machine has been designed for ultra-precision infeed work.  

All six axes are driven by linear motors with positional control provided through glass scales.  

The grinding wheel headstock is based on an electrospline concept, which means there is no mechanical transmission and allows speed variations from 20 to 100 m/s for grinding with a conventional, diamond, or CBN wheel.
