CENTRALIZED CONTROL CONSOLE

The centralized operator console is conveniently located at the front of the machine. It includes:

On/Off buttons.

Emergency stop button.

Joysticks for all the machine functions.

Analog dial indicators to read the position of the side bending rolls.

Pre-set device for clamping pressure.

HYDRAULIC YOKE / DROP END

Hydraulically actuated.

Allows the machine to open for the removal of closed shells.

Drop end is equipped with a conical bushing that surrounds the roller bearing mounted to the top roll shaft.

A multiple safety system stops all the machine movements:

Cone-shoe-guiding-die used for rolling flat stock on edge, squares, tees, and other symmetrical sections.

Includes a set of hardened, universal, adjustable dies for rolling flat stock into various shapes.

SMALL DIAMETER SHELLS
