The machine's stability and precision, plus the fact that it can process 5 sides in a single clamping, make the DMU 35 M the ideal machine for modern training purposes, use in workshops, maintenance, tool-making, and the construction of jigs and fixtures.

The DMU 35 M is equipped with a simple-to-use yet powerful CNC continuous contour control system. Many of the DMU 35 M parameters even surpass those of conventional milling machines of the same size. A longer traverse, 5-fold capacity, spindle speeds up to 6,300 rpm, 10 times the feed and 5-fold fast traverse, as well as the additional B and C axes, set new standards in this class.

In addition to performing complex milling tasks, it can also machine workpieces without a routine.

The new DMU 35 M offers state-of-the-art milling technology for simple jobs.

With the DMU 35 M, digital drive technology is now available for even the smallest DECKEL MAHO universal milling machine. The use of ball roller spindles in the linear axes ensures maximum drive rigidity as well as a high-quality workpiece surface.

The simple and robust console design and the use of state-of-the-art technology are prerequisites for the machine's stability and precision. Robust steel lamella covers provide maximum protection for spindles and guides.

The interaction between torque, speed, and feed incorporates the latest milling technology.

The semi-cabin affords safety and protection from chips and coolants while providing easy access to the workroom and spindle when open.

The swing-out round table makes it possible to process 5 sides in a single clamping.

Technology
Now the manual swing-out round table with the easy-to-operate eccentric clamp is standard equipment, also for the smallest machines.

The powerful CNC continuous contour control system.

The SINUMERIK 810 D, including ShopMill, is a user-friendly programming environment directly adapted for milling and drilling technology. Programs are created in the interactive mode or by using easily understandable symbols.

All the major programming steps are assisted by graphic displays. Thus, programming is a step-by-step process: the machining of each individual part is described as a complete processing block.

In addition, programming is made easy through various processing cycles.

The machine is also available with the optional Heidenhain TNC 310.

SINUMERIK 810 D is a powerful CNC continuous contour control system that will take you to the finish quickly and safely.
