The DA-21 offers all basic CNC-control functions up to 4 axis and angle programming of the Y-axis. Optionally R/Z or X-2 axis control and/or 3 position pneumatic R-axis control.
User-friendly programming is obtained by providing the user programming space for 10 programs where each program can contain 25 bends maximum. All bend parameters of one bend are listed on one page. These boards are also used in various other Delem controls like DA-20, DA-23, and DA-24.
For each program, there is one extra page available to specify tooling, angle programming, and material properties. This construction means that it saves on spare material in stock and no extra service will be necessary.
The unique push-button page structure gives a direct view on all programs in the memory and guarantees quick and easy programming of a part program.
With the test bend teach-in function, whereby the beam is moved by turning the hand wheel, the press brake utilization will be more efficient because of less programming and test times.
