DENER Hydraulic Shears:

Cutting Capacity:

Range from 6 mm to 20 mm in thickness.

Available for lengths from 3000 mm to 6000 mm.

Construction:

Strongly built and reinforced headstock, designed to resist all strains, even under the heaviest machining conditions.

Hollow spindle made of special chrome-nickel steel, mounted on TIMKEN taper bearings of high precision.

Bed is unusually wide and reinforced with a double wall system for resistance to flexion and torsion.

Bedways are hardened and ground, with an option for inserted steel ways on special request.

Sliding gears move on splined shafts, ground all over.

A pump inside the headstock ensures lubrication of the bearings, gears, and clutches.

A magnetic oil-filter is provided outside on the inlet pipe.

Braking system includes two brakes: a hydraulic multi-disc brake and a disc brake mounted around the spindle.

Cutting Length Adjustment:

The device features cams and sliding gears within a fully enclosed box, operated by three buttons.

All shafts run on tapered roller bearings.

The HYDROMINIC automatic threading cycle and the TUCOP tracer are included in standard equipment.

Approximately 200 different feed rates are available, ranging from 0.0016 to 0.16 inches or 0.1 to 2 mm.
