Single-post punch and die sets for straightening tooling handles metals. Euromac Digibend bending flat bars up to 20 mm thick, up to 500 mm in width, are ideal for bending bar stock.
Flat stock standard edge bending
Tool bends 50x12 mm stock up to 900 mm.

Tube bending tool bends Ø 60 mm. Euromac bending machines give you the power and versatility to execute heavy-walled tubes up to 900 mm and shearing. Our Digibend 360 will bend bars in sizes up to 200x30 mm.

Four-roller bending tool bends 35 mm. Punching tool punches up to 30 mm. Shearing tool shears solid round bars up to 18 mm. Holes in bar stock up to 10 mm thick, up to 150x12 mm.

Machines Rotary tube bending tool bends up to 200x40 mm, up to 50 mm tubing up to 180°.

Automated Control
Optional CNC backgauge provides fully-programmable workpiece positioning with L. 1000 and L. 2000 mm. A variety of operations, from flat edge bending to punching, can be performed. Our larger Digibend 720 can handle up to 200x50 mm bar stock.

Sheet bending tooling handles Euromac’s Digibend 160, which provides flexible bending capabilities for sheet metal up to 415 mm high and 6 mm thick. It is ideal for lighter-gauge flat stock and tubing.
