Euromac offers precise high-production front station notchers with a tool-holder for punching. The radius cutting unit accepts conventional Trumpf-style tools for corner radiusing and handles materials up to six millimeters thick.  

Press brake tooling bends metal up to four hundred fifteen millimeters long and five millimeters thick without disrupting larger press brakes.  

Hydraulic rectangular cutting units cut slots up to twenty-five by one hundred or one hundred fifty millimeters in materials up to four millimeters thick.  

The Euromac Multi Notcher is a full-featured fabrication center. It offers punching bending radiusing and rectangular cutting all in one machine. The back station can also be used as a multipurpose press for added flexibility. Multi Notchers are ideal for creating prototypes and short runs efficiently.  

Variable angle notching is infinitely adjustable from thirty to one hundred forty degrees.

Automatic Precision Sheet Positioning Systems

Blade gap adjustment protractors with heavy steel handles and Euromac notchers provide pin-locking presets at 15-degree intervals. This ensures perfect burr-free cuts in various materials up to 6 mm thick, with extra clamping for notching heavy plates. The optional disappearing stops in the table's double T-slots make it easy to perform multiple setups without manual adjustments.

Optional Table Extensions and Extended Cutting Length
Bolt-on extension arms make working with large sheets easier, whether on the front or back station. Built-in T-slots and engraved scales ensure cutting accuracy. Euromac notchers cut repeatedly in a straight line, infinitely extending the cutting length and increasing notching capacity to 400 x 400 mm.

Electronic Activation
