EXNER deep-drawing presses are the subject of continuous, on-going development and are abailable in double and triple action versions. 

By infinitely adjusting the operational speeds and the workpiece holding forces to the drawing behaviour of the material, the presses anable complex components to be produced for items such as demestic appliances, for the electronics industry and for the automotive supply sector. 

Generously proportione press frames with double columns guarantee the table will not bow significantly and that any stretching of the frame will be minimal. The press columns are in monoblock design and optionally produced featuring split frames with pre-stressed tie rods. the press ram is guided via a 4 fold prism guideway. it can also by guided using an 8 fold flat guideway, upon request. 

The number and size of die cushions are tailored to our customers individual requirements. the force with which materials are held down can be adjusted up and down via on screen controls. 

By optionally fitting the press with EXNER supplementary equipment, these machines are able to meet all technical demands made of modern of production presses.
