The P and PG series were developed in order to provide the tool and mould-making industries with presses for testing tools. these include blanking, drawing and stamping tools, as well as follow on composite tools. while the p series is suited to testing tools where loads are centrally positioned, the PG series is fitted with synchronisation controls that really come into their own for major, off centre loads. 

Precision worth a second look
The synchronisation accuracy of the press ram is 0.04mm/m under maximum load. A pre-programed lower dead point with a synchronisation accuracy of 0.03 mm/m can be reached without using mechanical dept control stops or overrunning gibs. 

Unique method of synchronisation control
Regardless of the press ram's position, parallel positioning occurs automatically when the top part of the die strikes the bottom part. Nothing else has to be set or adjested in the proces. this saves not only time, but also avoids any expensive configuration errors being made.
