BENDING ROLLS MACHINE MODEL A.S.I./M

This machine is particulary for miscellanious production requirements of small size carpentry works. The asymetrical position of the rolls enables the machine to make the prebending and also helps the feeding of very thin sheets. The two central rolls are driven and when rotating make the sheet translate. Bending is done by the lateral idle roll which is adjusted through motorized endless screw reducers from foot or handle controls. The abutments are made in electrowelded and normalized steel plates.

NUMERICAL CONTROLLED BENDING MACHINE TYPE A.S.I./CN

This type of machines are provided with Numerical Control Equipment to obtain bent sectors with polycylinder directrix and serie production. The application of Numerical Control Equipment with dedicated software and electronic servo controls is studied according to particular customer's requirements. The photo 3 shows a machine type A.S.I./CN with 2 axis Numerical Controlled, hydraulically operated for the automatic top roll reiease when the cycle is finished and the ejection of the bent piece.

MODEL A.S.I./C BENDING ROLLS MACHINES FOR CORRUGATED SHEETS
The machines type A.S.I./M can be used, besides the bending of plane sheets, also for the bending of corrugated sheets. For this type of works the machine is provided with sets of shells shaped according to particular customer's requirements and executed with CNC machines. The application of the shells as well as the set up of the machine are very simple and easy giving the machine versatility without omit keeping the economy standard that is a tipical characteristic of A.S.I. range.
