This machine concept is quite similar to model 509. The sound steel construction and inclined cutters for free cutting provide optimal conditíons for achieving high cutting accuracy. The
sturdy machine has been designed for reliable continuous duty in series production.
■ Cutting
Cutting line indicated by shadow view. Maintenance-free strong vertical guidance of cutting beam. Automatic adjustment of holding-down force to cutting force.
■ Blades
Sectional, double-edged cutters designed for materials with tensile
strengths up to 400 N/mm'. Lip angle 87°. Cutting angle 0,5 - 1,7°. No. of strokes (dependig on useful length) between 10 аnd 34 1/min.
■ Table
Wide flex-table for variable arrangemert of table brackets.
Filling pieces аnd ball rollers avaílable on reguest. Table extensions with T-slots, 1000 mm long.
■ Drive
Hydraulic drive. Hydraulic synchronisation control.
■ Gauges
Lateral angle gauge with tipping gauge and gauge measure from blade edge up to 1,500 mm. Motor gauge, back, MAH 51. Travel range 10 - 1,000 mm. Travel rate 90 mm/sec.
■ Control
FM 5s control on swing-type panel. Operating mode: single stroke, cont nous stroke, inching. Foot switch. Automatic cutting the adjustment Infinitely variable cutting length adjustment. Preselection of cutting angle. Motor gauge control.
