Rigid design and an optimal flow of forces from the drive to the blades are essential for the permanent accuracy that is indispensable in series production. The inclined cutters ensure free and optimal cutting without jamming.
■ Cutting
The cutting beam has аn inclined, prelubricated strong vertical guide without play. Blade clearance is adjusted manually on both guides via handwheel аnd scale. The divided holding-down device has a varíable holding-down pressure.
■ Blades
Continuous double-edged cutters designed for materíals wíth tensile strengths up to 400 N/mm . Lip angle 87°. Optimal cutting angle (depending on usefullength) between 1° and 1°60' No. of strokes: 50 per minute.
■ Table
Wide flex-table for variable arrangement of table brackets. Filling pieces and ball rollers available on request. Table extensíons with T-slots, 750 mm long.
■ Drive
Geared brake motor.

Rectangular lateral gauge with típping gauge and scale from blade edge. Mаnual gauge, back, HAH 52, travel range 750 mm.
