The MACHINE
The new line of "ERGOLINE" oil-pressure squaring shears was designed to meet the utmost needs of our clients.

EC MARKING
All the "ERGOLINE" shears are certified according to European norms and are provided with EC MARKING (that protects users against any damage caused by manufacturing faults).

CONTROLS
"ERGOLINE" shears are ALL provided with an ELITE 110 3-axis programmer that can supervise the following:
- Rear adjuster (X axis)
- Cutting angle (A axis)
- Blade gap (Z axis)
- Automatic adjuster backing during shear
- Pneumatic metal sheet support
- Counter
- Off-cut selection metal sheet remover
- Type of command to adopt (jog-cutting or set-time cutting).

The BLANK HOLDER
The blank holder is the oil-pressure type with independent plungers and have special characteristics: it can EVEN be controlled independently from the descent of the blade, which is very useful for "mark" cutting.

The CUTTING ANGLE
The cutting angle is hydraulically controlled and is run by the programmer on all models.

BACKGAUGE
The rear adjuster has a 1000 mm stroke and is provided with tempered ball screws on ALL models.

The GAPS
Blade gaps are adjusted manually, as a standard, for the smaller shears and by means of a programmer for the bigger models.

ACCESSORIES
Accessories on request:
- Precision start-cut square (2000 or 3000mm) including tee slot
- Table extensions 2000 or 3000mm including tee slot
- Foldaway retainers
- Rear metal sheet support (for models that do not comprise them as standard fittings)
- Belt conveyors or creepers with incorporated metal sheet support
- Programmer (1 axis)-adjusted blade gap for models that do not include it as standard fitting
- Spare blades.

The OIL-PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM
The oil-pressure control system is composed of a compact block that combines all the valves and solenoid valves together; these parts are specific for this type of use.
Great importance has been given to reliability and shear speed that can be achieved by our shears. This has two great advantages: work schedule reduction and major shear quality.
Some of our models can reach a rate of 60 strokes to the minute.
