The MACHINE
The "PPI", torsion bar cornice brakes are conceived to meet precise machining requirements through acceptable work schedules and maintaining reduced initial investments. The design of these machines includes product quality and production aspects taking into consideration operator safety and workplace safeguarding as well.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
- Adjustable intermediate equipment and tempered and ground sector tools.
- Motorized rear register, 700 mm stroke, digital decimal display, mechanical part with trapezoidal screws and bronze lead screws including A.C. motor with inverter.
- Motorized bending angle adjustment register including digital decimal display.
- Removable table.
- Manual centralized lubrication pump.
- Hydraulic oil for prime filling.
- Front extensions for metal sheet supports.

ACCESSORIES ON REQUEST
- Blade fastening brackets with rapid blocking lever.
- 2-axis (X-Y) positioner with 300 programmable folds, cycle counters and mechanical part of rear register including hardened sphere recirculation screws.
- Numerical control with LCD2 backlit liquid crystals, 2-axis type (X-Y); calculation of bending angle on the basis of tools used and metal sheet characteristics.

The STRUCTURE
The monolithic structure is composed of high quality oxygen flame-cut sheets that are welded and machined on large mobile upright boring machines.

COMMANDS and SAFETY
All of the PPI series bending machines are certified according to European Machine Directive and are provided with EC Marking.

PARTS
The reliability level of the PPI series is guaranteed by the adoption of a stout structure as well as the accurate choice of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic parts manufactured by the major national and international companies (TELEMECANIQUE, DENISON, VICKERS, ABB, ATOS).
