The base, reinforced with ribs, minimizes vibration and enhances structural strength. X and Z axes feature box-way construction for stability during heavy cutting. Structural parts are made from stress-relieved Meehanite cast iron.

- Hydraulic 3-jaw Chuck: Each machine includes a standard hydraulic 3-jaw chuck, with chuck diameter varying by lathe model.

- High-Quality Couplings: X and Z axes are directly driven by servo motors via high-quality couplings, ensuring smooth and precise movements.

- Programmable Tailstock (YTH 10/12/15): Tailstock body and quill movement can be controlled via the control panel, facilitating quick and accurate setup.

- Quill Travel Detection: The tailstock is equipped with a sensor to detect quill positioning. In case of displacement, an alarm sounds, and the machine stops automatically for safety.

- Hydraulic Tailstock: Tailstock quill positioning is controlled hydraulically for convenience. The entire tailstock assembly can be moved manually or programmatically.

- Manual Tailstock (YTH 10ε): The tailstock is manually operated.

- Parts Catcher: Provides convenient and efficient parts collection after machining.

- Bar Feeder: Tool Setter: Employs a touch sensor to measure tool length, reducing the need for cutting tests.
