HM Bending rolls - Motorised - Model TTE TTE 10/10 - TTE 10/15 - TTE The finished item is easily taken out of the machine by swinging the upper roll out of its position. Top roll is held in place by a locking handle, providing easy and effortless access to the top roll. Easy removal of the finished tube by swinging out the top roll. The top roll is locked by a lever handle, which gives easy access. HM TTE motorised bending rolls have asymmetrically positioned rolls and the possibility to work with a constant low speed, making pre-bending easy and accurate. The rolls are crowned for straight rolling pinch. Both the lower roll and bending roll are adjusted by a worm-geared handle. The bending roll can be set diagonally, for conical operations by adjusting a locking handle. The TTE comes as standard with a KW brake motor, inverter, emergency stop in a wire around the machine and a forward and backwards foot pedal also fitted with an emergency stop. The HM TTE motorized bending machine has asymmetric roll positioning, and equipped with a frequency converter, allowing the operator to adjust the speeds of the rolls for forward and reverse operation continuously, which makes working with the TTE particularly easy and accurate. A particularly slow speed can be selected for pre-bending. The adjustment of the lower and bending rolls is done via a worm gear with handwheel. For conical bending, the rear roll of the TTE can be tilted. The TTE is equipped with a 0.75 KW brake motor, emergency stop safety equipment with wire rope and foot-operated reversing switch with protective cover. The base model serves both the round bending machine model TTA 10/10, as well as the proven folding machine Model MB-1000 L with mounting bracket MB/Kombi.
