The HM motorized power shears model WKS is a compact machine of modern design. The all-welded gables with adjustable guideways guarantee high cutting quality. The machines have smooth and lacquered surfaces for minimum cleaning. Power is transmitted from a standard gear brake motor via chain drive to the main shaft. Two heavy-duty eccentrics draw the knife beam to the material. The automatically actuated rubber-coated sheet hold-down unit, coupled with a facility for fine adjustment of the high-quality knives, guarantees a perfect cut. Spherical roller bearings, non-lubricating Teflon bearings and guide ways, guarantee very high reliability, and minimum levels of maintenance. The WKS is a low-noise production shear with optimum cutting quality and long working life.

The automatic sheet catcher supports the sheets by being in precise contact with the back gauge bar and allows the sheet to fall down after having been cut. The system must be combined with a back gauge bar that includes guides for the sheet catcher. This system is especially recommended for cutting thin materials.

The range of HM manual bending rolls model TTA comes complete with a base and gearing for more effective rolling of sheets up to 1260 x 1.25 mm. Asymmetrical positioning of the rolls enables pre-bending of the material to provide a complete round. The range of HM motorized bending rolls model TTE is fitted as standard with an inverter variable speed controller for optimum material handling both forwards and backwards. Model TTE comes complete with a sturdy base.
