Hyllus Motorized beading machines Item 281 Beading machines directly driven by electric motor, planned and produced to obtain a production machine yet conserving their simplicity. The electric motor, placed under the base to avoid dangers to users and to reduce dimensions, can be moved to stretch the belt. The cone pulleys allow to obtain three different rotation speeds by a simple shifting of the V. belt. An appropriate disk clutch allows to stop or to start instantly the machine without stopping the electric motor. A reverse, conveniently placed under easy user's control, permits a quick motion reversal. These machines are very sturdy, accurately finished in every detail. The countershaft is mounted on efficient ball bearings and the conical gears are tempered. The characteristics of these units correspond to item 280 ones; on demand they can be supplied as per item 282 equipped with device for cutting disks: these machines can be controlled also manually. Standard equipment: 9 beading roll pairs, 1 pair of cutting rolls, 2 guides, 1 spanner.
