This type of plate bending machine, full hydraulic, has three motorized rolls, with the 10-roll system adjustable along two inclined slideways, while the top roll is fixed and not adjustable. Due to this technical solution, the flat area obtained on the plate after rolling can be reduced to its lowest (see Fig. 1-b). In fact, the long stroke of the lower rolls allows the introduction of the plate in a way that provides the possibility to reduce the tangent angle between the resting points of the plate during the initial pinch operation.
