Atlas 4RG is a mobile portal machine that can be configured with fixed or working crossrail. The machine is suitable for machining large size workpieces. In order to reduce significantly the setup time of workpieces, the machine can be composed with one or more workstations.

Atlas 4RP
Atlas 4RP is a fixed portal machine with one or two moving tables. It can be configured with fixed or working crossrail. The machines are especially indicated for machining large size workpieces that require very high accuracy.

Automatic tool changer
To guarantee the productivity and flexibility of use, the vertical machining centers of the Atlas series can be equipped with automatic tool changer and accessories. The different solutions give the customer the best proposals to optimize space, easy access and tools handling.

The Innse-Berardi vertical machining centers of the Atlas Series are equipped with attachment heads which can be loaded and clamped automatically. All the attachment heads can be equipped with automatic tool changing and clamping features. Innse-Berardi produces and develops special attachment heads to satisfy any need the Customer might have and has a series of specific attachment heads for machining components such as: Kaplon, Francis blade, Pelton turbine and diesel engines.
