TLF1004:
- Deep hole drilling and milling machine with 4 CNC axes (X, Y, Z, B) for all-round and complete machining of large and heavy workpieces
- Precise full NC rotary table with hydraulic clamping in the work position (1500 x 1000 mm)
- Milling capability similar to that of a machining center
- Direct drilling into full material up to 25 mm diameter using gundrills
- Accessible housing with safety walkway and oil sump. Optional: full cladding and coolant mist extraction. The basic scope of delivery meets all safety and ecological requirements
- Deep hole drilling and milling cycles
- Monitoring of tool wear by IXION
- Tool changer for 12 (24) tools available as an option (not for gundrills)

Generously spaced interior, work area easily accessible.
Rear side: coolant equipment (800 liters) with chip conveyor.
