2-Column Mitre Saw for steel processing

Ingenious double-column product line in closed column construction. The saw frame — welded and widely corrugated — is moved hydraulically (or electromotive, upon request) on guide systems, without clearance and low-maintenance. It is furthermore inclined by 3° so that the sawband has a favorable contact length. Sawband width 34 mm. Options: + Automatic material feed via gripper vice + NC control unit with color touch screen + Chip conveyor + Mitre cutting to one or both sides, etc.

Angle resolution in degrees and 0.1° Rotation on a large turntable with ball bearings, safe hydraulic clamping Movement of saw bow exactly in the intersection of sawband and fixed material stop; for automatic machines the exact length measuring is made from this point. Mitre cuts to the right/to the left without repositioning the material.
