JUPITER 125 Presenting, the latest addition to the JUNKER product lineup - the JUPITER 125. This machine takes traditional straight plunge-cut centerless grinding and adds angular plunge-cut grinding with a regulating wheel head adjustable up to 15 degrees. This allows the machine to grind a wide variety of contours, including shoulders. One technical innovation featured on the JUPITER 125 is the patented work rest blade that automatically adjusts its height during the grinding process. In combination with the stiff machine bed concept, the machine attains roundness qualities of under 1 mm. Each grinding spindle is equipped with a direct drive, which means that variable wheel speeds and process parameters can be flexibly selected.
