Kasto dia band saw

Notching and mitre cut Typical applications KASTO Diagonal The versatile semi-automatic bandsawing machine, KASTO DIAGONAL, requires little space and is able to perform straight cuts, notching cuts, mitre cuts, and contour cuts. Mitre cuts Notching cuts and cut pieces with little burr and shorter cutting times. Contour cuts. The large working range, the infinitely variable mitre adjustment to the right and to the left, and the precisely adjustable notching depth allow the universal machining of tubes, sections, and solid material in your workshop. Mitre cutting without length correction The centre of rotation of the saw head is at the intersecting point of the bandsaw blade and the material supporting edge so that length corrections are not necessary when changing the angle for a mitre cut. Accurate cut-off lengths are thus obtained. Fast and easy setting The new sawing machine, Diagonal, is distinguished by an ergonomic design that facilitates the operation of the machine. Particular attention has been paid to the right choice of grips and handles. The multi-functional clamping vice with its large grip bow, for example, enables an easy and fast clamping of the workpiece. Contour cutting In order to perform contour cuts, the saw head is moved to the front position. The vertical vice is turned so that the surface of the support table is extended. Bandsaw blades of 8 mm width are used for contour cuts. Options Various roller tracks and measuring systems are available that further enlarge the use of the KASTO DIAGONAL.
