All castings constructions are designed to optimize rigidity, weight, and rib distribution. Machine base, column, saddle, table, and spindle housing are box-type designed for rigidity and strength. ROTARY TABLE Rotary table equipped with roller bearing, provides low friction and high rigidity. H model Hydrostatic rotary table G model 600 available with linear axis, roller bearing, it performs high loading capacity, low friction, and minimize temperature rise. Table is driven by AC servo motor with reducer and pulley. Z Y MECHANISM Column moving designed structure. Double-walled casting strengthens the vertical pattern. Downfeed and crossfeed axis equip super precision linear guide ways, grade 03 ballscrew, and AC servo motor to ensure smooth movement, accurate positioning, and precision infeed. Spindle housing has a constant distance between the vertical linear guide ways and the grinding wheel, creating a perfectly perpendicular movement. SPINDLE The flanged cartridge type spindle is supported by super precision CP4 angular contact ball bearings, no preload and select-fitted into spindle cartridge. This will guarantee an under run out for more stable and accurate grinding. The result is a vertical spindle that will provide years of trouble-free service with minimum heat-up, noise, or vibration.

CONTROL SYSTEM Control system is a Mitsubishi PLC, which will provide years of reliable and trouble-free operation. Service centers are located all over the world offering prompt after-sale service. Operation panel with a modern color LCD, integrated for grinding data input through dialog pages incorporated on the panel, even a beginner can become an expert without complicated training. Easy to learn, easy to use. Electric components and functional modules are arranged and packed in a separate electric cabinet to be easily accessible for maintenance. An independent control box with an ergonomically designed panel offers a comfortable and convenient operation environment.

Control operates with preset increment and rough grinding amount, fine grinding amount, spark-out passes, and spindle retracting can be set at one time on the touch panel for automatic grinding cycle.

Spindle motor stop, Coolant pump stop, and table parking can be chosen by the operator in any combination.

Crossfeed travel is set by the push-button on the console; different crossfeed increments can be set for both rough and finish grinding.

Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) is also provided for user's convenience for both downfeed and crossfeed.

Control system will store the last grinding cycle in memory. Simply press the cycle start button to repeat the previous operation. Production efficiency is dramatically improved.

DRESSING COMPENSATION Wheel dresser is mounted on the rear side of the table. Dressing of the grinding wheel is absolute parallel and accurate. Auto dressing cycle is executed with setting of dressing interval, dressing infeed, and linear scale for accurate compensation on the touch screen of the control panel.
