Machine Services Commissioning Experienced specialized service technicians provide nationwide setup and commissioning. Precise machine alignment, including laser measurement and documentation if requested, forms the foundation for machine geometry and thus manufacturing geometry. Initial samples are created during commissioning to establish the basis for machine acceptance. Training Experienced CNC technicians offer individual programming training for all new machines, either on-site or at the in-house training center. The knowledge gained significantly contributes to the trouble-free operation of your machine. It accommodates all common and future KIHEUNG milling heads, documenting and certifying all service and maintenance activities. Combined with replacement heads from our spare parts inventory, this eliminates long machine downtime during repairs or maintenance on your milling head. Replacement Heads We maintain several replacement heads of different variants in stock for our customers. The precision of these replacement heads eliminates the need for adjustment work through scraping during head replacement, allowing you to work with high quality immediately.
