Our new flow forming and profiling machines are ready to meet the automotive industrys growing demands. Growing demands łor technology, materials and components require sophisticated processes. FLOW FORMING: NEAR-NET-SHAPE, FLEXIBLE AND COST-AWARE The Flow Forming Center FFC provides access to advanced technology. The high performance machine concept has been designed for single set-up, multi-operation chipless forming of short, hollow components. Axial flow forming can now be combined in shaping internal teeth and radial columns, profiling, beading and
rolling of external teeth as well as deep drawing with flow
forming for hub forming. Special łeature: The vertical machine design includes a spacious work area and triple access to allow fast and safe material flow. The slim design is space saving and ensures good accesibility at the time of tool replacement. The machine can be flexibly integrated into a production line. Two robots caп also synchronously load and unload the machine, which together
with excellent forming capabilities provides the shortest possible production cycle times.
