Leifeld KSA 375`horizontal profiling maćhine

The KSA 375 is a small machine for the high precision production of śealing ring
notches. One machine - three processes. The horizontal profiling machine can be designed both for the process of beading as well as profiling with flowforming. During the beading process, the revolving
the sealing ring notch is formed into a cylindrical hollow part,
without affecting the course of wall thickness in the seam
area. For the profiling of the sealing ring notch, the KSA 375
enables both the distribution of material as well as the forming of a sealing ring in two steps. in both processes, the KSA 375 impresses through high equipment uptime, short conversion times and low material input. Moreover, a special combination of main
and tailstock spindle drive on one hand ensures the shortest acceleration and braking times and on the other hand enables the avoidance of unwanted production-related marks on the workpieces. The precision of the tools, the sophisticated sensor technology and measurement technique of the machine in addition to the overhead robotic loading are the decisive factors in attaining a production of
the highest quality. The K5A 375 caп be delivered in a double pack and attains a peak output of more than 800 components per hour.

deal with increasingly complex component designs - such
cess that opens up new possibilities in the manufacture
of hydroforming preforms for axle components. This new
machining concept can realise almost any diameter and
wall thickness on conical, cylindrical and graduated pipes.
The new high performance concept for the production of driving components has been filed, revolutionizes the production of pulleys and multi-disc carriers. However, the actual technical refinement of the process is the fact that hubs can be manufactured with larger wall thickness and increased length. if required, the hub can even be formed completty. The high performance EN 600/400 necking-in machine has long set the standard in the manufacture of high-pressure gas cylinders, particularly impressing with its product quality and forming capabilities. The newest generation of high performance necking-in machines builds on the EN 600/400s
