The control system incorporates honing stone wear compensation value setting, allowing for both manual compensation and self-compensation.

For the cooling system, the filtering method consists of a "Magnetic Separator + Oil Cooler + Filter Tank," with a filter accuracy of approximately 20 micrometers. The cooling tank has a capacity of approximately 850 liters and a flow rate of 100 liters per minute. Additionally, the machine features a honing oil constant temperature system to maintain optimal cutting performance while minimizing temperature-related influences.

The interactive interface and honing menu technique provide flexibility in parameter setting. Furthermore, the CNC system includes a USB interface for program exchange and data storage external to the machine.

Stroke control is achieved through a combination of servo motor and ball screw mechanisms, while feeding is controlled by a servo motor with a minimum feeding amount of 0.0001 mm.
