The TOOL HIVE comes equipped with a variety of tool storage options, ranging from 60 tools to 348 tools capacity. You can choose the standard 60 tools, or opt for increased capacity with options like 80, 120, 160, 180, 240, or even 348 tools.

The High-speed ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) ensures reliable and rapid tool change cycles, improving efficiency and reducing downtime. The TOo1 change time is fast, allowing for seamless transitions between tools during machining operations.

Ergonomics is a key design feature of the TOOL HIVE, providing operators with an unsurpassed ease of operation. The large window swiveling operation panel allows for easy monitoring of workpiece machining, while the movable CNC operation panel enables convenient checks on tool inspection and the machine's current position.

For maintenance purposes, the TOOL HIVE is designed with a well-arranged maintenance area, providing easy access to items that require frequent checks and servicing, such as hydraulic and air pressure inlets, and lubrication reservoirs.

A machine operator can easily use the MAZATROL matrix CAM since the operation method is the same as the CNC mounted on the Machine. Required information such as workpiece configuration and coordinate values can be easily input to MAZATROL programs from 2D CAD drawings.

The linear-roller guides utilized by all linear axes are lubricated by a grease lubrication system instead of oil. Spindle bearings are lubricated by an oil-air system. With this system, tramp oil in the coolant is considerably reduced, resulting in a longer coolant service life. Additionally, the work light, the CNC display, and the optional chip conveyor are automatically shut off after a predetermined period for lower power consumption when the machine is in the stand-by state.
