Semi-automatic electro pneumatic vertical sawing machine with mícroprocessor to cut from 600 left up to 450 right.
FUNCTION: starting the cycle the following steps are carried out: the vice closes and the
motor starts - the head goes down to execute cut - the motor stops and the head returns to
top posítion - the více opens.
A FEW FEATURES:
-Electric panel (wíring totally identífable,main lockable dísconnect switch, emergency stop,
motor magneto thermal overload,minímum tension coil, protection against missing phase, low tension safety device LTSD 24 V)
1- Regulation head stroke, accordíng to dímensions of materíal which has to be cut is
programmed from control panel. Fast sawing head displacement even when the cuttíng
speed has been chosen.
2- Check panel with LEDS for machine functions on control panel.
3- Transmissíon system at 3 stages so as to guarantee hígh sturdíness, precísion and
to obtaín hígh removal capacíties.
4 -Sawing head movement on double línear guíde with preloaded s(ides with recirculating
ballscrews.
- Rotatíon pin wíth preloaded thrust bearing to gront rototion precísíon and stabilíty.
5 - Precision degree scale cut on the rotating work table.
- Slidίng vice with easy sideways movement and fast and precise positioning system on the complete wíth of the machine.
6- Pneumatic lockíng více wíth adjustable steel gíb.
-Anti-burrdevice wíth double locking system of the stock.
7- Pneumatic vertical vice.
8- Steel base with chip drawerand tank for the coolant.
9- Electríc pump for lubricatíon and
coolíng of the blade.
- Adjustable cut to measure stop to make cuts of the same length with millimetred
steel rod.
- Círcular HSS DMO5 for solíds and/or sectíons.
