MicroStep SPL CNC plasma cutting machine

MicroStep CNC Plasma Cutting Maschine
SPL
SPL machines are characterized by outstanding dynamic properties and modern design in combination with wide supply of technologies. The machínes fulfill the requirements of HD plasma cutting while meeting the highest standards ín productivity, efficiency, and
operabílíty. They can be equipped with plasma rotator, drillíng head, pipe positioner, plate alígnment sensor a. o. A special heightened version enables oxyfuel cutting up to 250 mm.

Machines from the SPL series can be equipped with following additional devices: 02. Profile-Cutting, 03. CCD-Camera, 04. Drilling, 05. Laser sensor, 06. Marking-techníque, 07. Oxyfuel, 08. Pipe Cutting Device, 09. Plasma, 10.Rotator adjustíng station,
11. Rotator, 12. Channel, 14. Tool magazine

The Ultra-CutTM 200 can cut thicknesses up to 40mm, and if you really need more power, the UItra-CutTM 300 is ready to cut up to 70mm.
These machines are the most flexible on the market, guaranteeing excellent quality cuts on
mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
The embedded XtremeLifeτM technology and microprocessor control of the plasma process
offers high cutting speeds and low operating costs when cutting mild steel.
Using the WMSTM process to cut Stainless Steel and Aluminium allows you to compete
effectively in both the laser and water-jet markets for quality, speed and production costs.
Thermal DynamicsTM U1tra-CutTM systems are integrated into MicrostepTM packages, giving you the optimal solution for all your automated cutting needs.

Excellent stainless steel and Aluminium cuts at the highest speed and lowest costs.

Thermal DynamicsTM plasma cutting systeíııs otfeí the unique WMSTM (Water Mist secondary) process as standard. This uses Water and Nitrogen to achieve best quality cuts on non-ferrous materials up to 40mm, with straight edges, no dross and no oxidation.
The main advantages of this technology are up to 3 tìmes faster cutting speed on thick materials (20 mm) and a dramatic reduction in costs by using tap water instead of expensive gas mixes.
The WMS process also produces high-quality cuts on thin stainless steel (below 5 mm) thus
making plasma a real alternative to laser in selected applications.
