BDH The BDH Puls sync 550 ís Mígatroníc s largest ínverter-
based weldíng machine with weldíng characteristícs íncludíng
MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA weldíng in one, ìn the same machíne.
Even at low amperages the BDH wíth íts uníque pulse propertíes
ís among the best ín the market for MIG weldíng of aluminium.
The BDH is water-cooled, has a separate wíre feed unít and ís pre- programmed wíth 40 adjustable programs for welding in all common materials. Once the weldíng current has been seleeted, the BDH wíth automatícally calculate and set all crítícal weldíng parameters of the process wíth supervísíon and adjustment tímes per second.
The Mígatronic BDH 550 sync can be connected for programmíng, control and documenta-
tíon via a pc and ís suítable for íncorporatíon ínto robots and
automatics.
The tríple versíon allows for the change from one weldíng process
to another wíthout re-settíng the parameters; for example deposítíng a root pass wíth TIG,
an íntermedíate run wíth MAG flux cored wíre and fínally fillíng up wíth an electrode.
