EASY AND SAFE MAINTENANCE FOR THE OPERATOR
The die-splitter is made up of two separated and independent vertical columns, one of which ís mobile, equipped with vertical sliding brackets for the die upper part fastening,
suitable for any die shape and width.
The lower trucks are independent and slide externally of the columns allowing dírect access to the lower part of the diehalf, and rapid assembly and disassembly of the varíous
parts of the die.

CONSTRUCTION
Very sturdy structures made of welded and normalized steel.
All movements are carried out on recírculating ball slide
guides.
LOWER TRUCKS
The extractable lower trucks are independent and adapt to the die width sliding on recirculating ball slide guídes by hydraulic actuation.
They allow to take the lower die section beyond the columns, and in some versions they are províded with a 90° tilting option for an easy inspection of the die.

UPPER BRACKETS
The independent vertícal sliding upper brackets are actuated
By means of recirculating ball screws with electronic control of the axis parallelísm. They allow a 180° rotation of the upper die half for an easy working position.
Clamping in the exact horizontal position is performed using four hydraulically actuated locating pins.
CONTROLPANEL
Each button on the control panel features a graphic symbol illustratíng its function. The sequence of movements controlled by the PLC prevents operator mistakes.
