Offsetting for key groove width, and off-center drilling and tapping are possible. In addition to the synchronous machining capability, process integration is more advanced.
■ Affordable machining capacity and affordable toolíng
The Y-axís travel is a generous 60 mm (2.36 ín.). Rotary tools can be mounted at any statíon on turret 1 or turret 2, which both have 12 stations.* Y-axis control is possíble for both turrets. These advanced features enable more complicated multi-process operations.
*: Only rotary tools for facing can be mounted at stations 1 and 2.
■ Híghly effícíent DDS motor
The Dírect Drive Spíndle (DDS) features mínimat víbratíon and high effícíency. Sínce spindles 1 and 2 are powered by AC motors with the same output, the same cutting conditions can be used for the 1st and 2nd process operations.
