NOVA Basíc presses are standard machines in C-desígn and are available as 400 kN, 630 kN, 1000 kN, 1600 kN and 2500 kN.
The Basíc product líne ís designed by Beutler Nova to meet customer requírements based on a símple, low-cost C-frame press for manual loadíng work. In cooperation wíth a partner
company, the presses are buílt in complíance wíth the quality standards of Műller Weíngarten and Beutler Nova.
Commíssíoníng and traíníng ís carríed out by qualífíed technícíans from Beutler Nova AG. Likewíse, Beutler Nova provides warrantíes and servíce in cooperatíon wíth Műller
Weíngarten.

The welded press body ís sand blasted and stress-relíef annea1ed before beíng machíned. Four T-slots for holdíng tools are províded ín the bolted table plate. To reduce frame spríng,
addítíonal anchor rods can also be mounted for the 1600 kN and 2500 kN presses.
 There are four bronze guídes on the slíde (síx on the 1600 kN and 2500 kN) that run on wíde steef surfaces. Two pneumatíc cylínders compensate the weíght of the slíde and upper part of the tool.

The three-phase motor with con. constant speed enables stepby-step shut down ín makeready mode. The automatíc lubrícatíon system operates based on the number of strokes. The
machines are equípped with a safety control system for manual loadíng work that ís complíant wíth current regulatíons. The press ís actuated usíng two-hand operatíon.

A die cushion can be buílt ínto the press table.
 Conversíons are easy each time you change tools thanks to the quíck stroke adjustment.
 Ajammed slíde can be unblocked by means ofthe hydraulic deblocking devíce - quíckly and wíthout any specíal tools.
