Founded in 1967, OEMB SA initially concentrated their activity oп the maintenance of the Monteforno SA steelworks facilities ín Bodio. In 1970 they began constructing MEP stirrup
folding machines under licence, a product they went on to produce
autonomously, registering a specíal patent in 1982 for centre cutting. Іn 1987 the new 3000 m2 site and
facilities, constructed in Giornico, marked the company s fírst expansion.
In 1995 the current Company Director, Dìego Coгbella, began to
dìversify production and services with the TENSOL trademark registered in 1998 folding machine program, but also continuing and reinforcíng the precision mechanical processing
sector for third parties with the acquisition of commissions for the
realization of specific industrial components.
Today, characterized by 150 9001-
Vísion 2000 certification, a wide and diversified 1ine of folding machines, and advanced skills in the industrial
maintenance and production sectors,
