3-asymmetrical rolls plate bending machine, suitable for precision
works.
Thanks Co the rolls arrangement, this machine allows to bend the plate completely, but it involves, however its overturning during the initial forming.
The upper countershft consists of a motor-driven, stationary roll.
The bottom sheet metal pinch roll travels ŕnside a vertical gib with respect Co the axis of the top roll. It is driven by worm reduction units aC the
base of the gib operated by a handwheel at the end of the front shoulder.
The side bending roll is loose and approaches the upper roll sliding along inclined guides by means of endless ścrew geared motors and bronze crown, located at the guides
base.
