Pneumatic unit with horizontal movement towards the spindle.
Workíng stroke is adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled.

SDA, SDI
Pneumatic unít with double horizontal movement, suitable for
round pieces. Working stroke is adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled. The contrast stroke is fixed. The SDA unit works towards the spindle, while the SDI unít works outwards the spíndle.

STR
Pneumatic unit wíth triple horizontal movement. This unit has been expressly desígned in order to optimize the working of pot lids in stainless steel and all símilar workings.
Working stroke is adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled.
The contrast stroke is fixed.

SCI
Pneumatic unit with double horizontal movement outwards the spindle, suitable for round píeces.
Workíng stroke ís adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled.
The contrast stroke is fixed.

UR, URM
Pneumatic unit with vertical downward movement, suitable for round pieces.The URM unit has the working stroke adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled.


SV
Pneumatic unit with vertical downward movement, suitable for round pieces. Working stroke is adjustable and speed is hydraulically controlled.
NR3, NR4 + 5PU20
Pneumatic unít with horizontal movement towards the spindle, suitable for polygonal pieces.This unit is usually used for trimming in horizontal sense equipped with SPU20 or
SPU35 accessory.
NR3, NR4 + ARAV
Pneumatic unít with horizontal movement towards the spíndle, suítable for polygonal pieces.This unit ís usually used for trímming the flange equipped wíth ARAV accessory complete with MOP-100.
NR3, NR4 + ALOC
Pneumatic unit with horizontal movement towards the spindle, suitable for polygonal pieces.This unit is usually used for beadíng, flanging and curling with ALOC accessory.
SAP
Pneumo-hydraulic unit oscillating horizontally with vertical movement.This unit is usually used for lock seaming oval/polygonal pieces having big angles
on the corners. Its special configuratíon, which constrains ít to the workpiece holding tool by means of a specific cam, allows to work at high rotation speeds.
It works with MOP-100 accessory.

Sínce OMER~work uníťs have been desígned for modular use,they are extremely flexíble and adaptable to a wíde range of applicatíons and workings, therefore it ís easíer for users to equip the machine according to their índivídual requírements, as well as to re-equip it for any dífferent applícatíons in the future.
OMERA trimming machínes can work with one, two, three or more uníts (the software and the PLC are prearranged for max. eight) so they
can also deal wíth complex sequence operatíons.
The uníts can carry out standard operations, such as trimming,
flanging, curlíng, ríbbing, lock seaming and threadíng, as well as deburring, turníng,
scrap cuttíng, punching, assembling, formíng, knurling, etc.
A classíc example will certainly clarify the matter:
How do you fínísh a deepdrawn cylindrical piece on whích yòu have to trím the scrap, to bead downwards and subsequently to deburr the trimmed edge?
Generally this requires three uníts positíoned on the machine table.The cycle is then set, whích will automatically activate the uníts in sequence.
As a general rule, we can say that there are no specifíc límits to the operations that a trímmíng machíne can perform facíng the new requírements of the clíents, we have adopted new solutions, not always conventíonal.
