Equipement for punching pieces with diameters greater than those possíble by normal outfit; the punching standard possibílíties are indicated in the inside. Greater diametres are suitable, upon request, always within machine max. capacities.

Specíal troath díe-holder for punching on the wings cf small and middle sectíons, especially "HE" near the core-bars. It ímproves the normal basic possibilities - its capacities are indicated in the ínside - for different possibílíties an itemized request with all the profíles and punching dístances, must be gíven.

Deepest troath special punchers keep the same basic power but with greater troath deepness than the standard one, according to the needs indicated for pãnching the big shape metal sheet.

1 Example: by an OP/100 with an "H" 12 ins. (300 mm.) which punching "L" distance can be obtained following the diagram lines you can see that the meeting with the machine profile has been reached at a distance of about 21/aíns. (53 mm.)
2 Example: by an OP/50 you have to punch a section with "H" 6 ins. (150 mm.) and "L" 7/e ins (20 mm.); starting from point"O" you must look for the meeting point of the two vertícal arid horizontal highs: in this case the meetíng point ís outsíde the machine profíle and the punching is possible.
Others punching possíbilíties aгe obtained by different equipements which are going to be studied upon request time by time.

GENERALES DESCRIPTIONS
FRAME: is built in high quality rolled steel plates and abundantly dimensioned, securing so, a higly resistent and stiff assembly, this feature, affords the
machine to operate on the max, capacities even in continous service, though maintaining suitable margins of safety.
SIDES : the considerable length of the antifriction guides enables ło perform the most demanding jobs without any danger of wear and deformation; the punch slide can be lowered by means of a lever
to perform centering operation belore punching.
CONTROL MEMBERS : are in treated and forged alloy steel.
The swift members rotate on roller and ball bearings, the slow ones on high quality bronze bearings.
CLUTCH : is so dimensioned to bear even higher
loads than the maximum andmissible ones for this
machine. The clutch operation has been obtained oгdinarily by mechanical device; optionally upon request and at an extra charge, these machines can be equipped with pedal electromagnetic foot controls, which: leaving free operator s hands, facilitates his work
greatly.
LUBRIFICATION : ıs of the centralised pres sure type,with manually controlled pump. Gears are grease lubrificated, except on the OP/ 100. where they aгe in oil bath and splash lubrificated.

Specíal deep troath punchers and laгge slide for sheets and sections- arranged
for settíng 2 or 3 punches wíth fíxed center distance and wíth índípendent insertíon for employing one or more tools at time. The total possíble power on the central punch; on the other two is of about 60"/п. Deepness of the standarddízed, or oversized troath upon request.

Special puncher for workíng on LJ -I- H core-bars, suítable for the insertion of 5 tool utmost, wìth continuosly variable center dístance. The tools in excess or defect can Ьe set up or taken down easíly from the machíne.
The punching possìbilíty is variable accordíng to the employed tools number.
