FRAME: The allsteel welded frame has large dimensionsto gíve max. rigídity. Before beíng machined, the frame is normalized to eliminate tensions.
CYLINDER: The allsteel cylinder is forged in a síngle piece; then it is ground and internally lapped.
PISTON: The píston ís made of hardened, ground steel.
It ís guíded by specíal cast íron líners. The oil pressure is maintained by cast íron segments and by "roof-shaped ríngs".
SLIDE: The slíde ís made of welded, normalízed steel
and is guíded by eíght slídíng shoes havíng a wedgeshaped device to take up slack. On the lower surface of the slide, are milled tee slots in which díes are fíxed.
BOLSTER: It ís made of thíck steel to avoíd bendíngs.

BLANKHOLDER CUSHION: It consísts of one or more allsteel cylínders fítted under the fíxed table of the press. The blankholder table slides on hardened,
ground steel columns. The blankholder pressure is adjustable.
HYDRAULIC GROUP: It is in the upper sectíon of the machine and includes: oil tank; variable delivery piston pump having a constantpower regulator. The pump is
actioned by an electric motor; rapid charge and rapid díscharge valve; valves controllíng advance of slíde and relevant safety wíth logic elements. Besides, the
hydraulic group íncludes the motor pump group for the
Low pressure auxіlіarу circuít whose tasks are to control the valves and to cool the oi1.
ELECTRIC PANEL: The electríc pane1 is buílt accordíng to present anti-accídent regulations. It contains all the electríc apparatuses allowíng the runníng, control and
safeguard of the machine as well as the operalor's safety. All the components of both the electric and hydraulic systems are made by well-known and reliable
manufacturers and in case of replacement are easíly available.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM: It ís a centralized system wíth manual pump. It provídes to the lubrícatíon of the slídíng shoes.
CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENTS: On the ríghthousìng of the machine, there ís a control panel contaíning: the start/stop push buttons wíth relevant warníng líghts; selector of manual and automatíc systems of work cycle; selector of blank-holder work cycle. When the automatic system is selected, the machine runs at single stroke by pressing the two push buttons (províded wíth "ISOTIME" devíce) fitted on the mobíle pulpít. Besídes,
the panel contaíns: strokes índicator, oil level and oil temperature warning lights as well as oil fílter Cloggíng detector. On the leff housing of the machíne, there ís
another panel containíng: the regulator of the slide work pressure, the regulator of the blankholder cushion work pressure with relevant tonnage índicator, and drawing
speed control. Easíly adjustable cams actíng on the electríc límit swítches are provided to choose the T.D.C., the B.D.C. and the braking position.
