Omera R1600 CNC trimming beading machine

Omera R1600 CNC trimming beading machine

The best strategy for our company remaíns to gíve the customer a technological service. Beside the productíon of inechanícal and hydraulíc presses, trímmíng-beading
machínes, automatíc productíon lines, íronworkers and punching machínes, OMERA bases on the abílíty to understand customers needs, on the analysis and proposal of the most suitable solution ín order to produce ef fectively and efficíently.
As a consequence, the technological servíce becomes thus the result guarantee expected by the customer whereas the machine becomes the ínstrument to achieve
the purpose. Thís ís why we invest a lot in Research &
Development and we have a technícal of  ice consísting of twenty engíneers.
Moreover, we are aware that we must look forward so we have decided to enter ín developíng countríes through both dírect partícipatíon and organízatíonal network.
For instance, our partícípatíon at the Italían Technology
Center ín Pune (lndía), where OMERA and other ten Italían companies have decided to adopt a common policy of market penetratíon for that country.
We are also focusíng on energy savíng and environmental conservation that we consíder extremely ímportant and we are concretely dealíng wíth, both by the design of 30 % energy savíng hydraulíc presses and by the energetíc autonomy of the company, achieved through
solar panels which provide the production of clean energy in the amount of 600.00o kwh/year.
All this reasons, but not only, ensure that the market ídentífíes us as a dístínguíshed, reliable and expert brand whose products are synonym wíth qualíty, great performances and hígh technology level.

OMERA, expert company ín the fıeld of desígn and construction of sheet-metal working machines, presents the new range of inechanícal presses "sERVO DYNAMIC".
The míssion of our corrıpany has always been flexibílity and technícal evolution.
Duríng the international fair "Euroblech 2oІç" in Hanover, from zıst to 25th October, OMERA wíll exhíbit the
"SERVO DYNAMIC" machine mod. ІSO RıM2S8-S" using the latest generation SIEMENS technology.
SERVO DYNAMIC complete our range that fully covers the production chain of inetal forming: mechanical and hydraulíc presses, hydroforming, hot forming, trimming-beading machínes and automatic production lines.
In the history of inechanícal presses, the evolution of kinematic motions has been associated with productivíty requirements and quality of the forming.
Nowadays, the technícal evolutíon is the need to manage motíon in all its maín variables: torque, rotation sense, speed.
Today the key player of servopress is the "Torque" motor.
Here below some considerations about SERVO DYNAMIC:
i) semplícíty of the system.
The nıain differences wíth traditioua(presses are:
The lack of:
- Clutch brake
- Fly-wheel
- Fly-wheel brake
- Belts
Consequence: reduction of maintenance operations.
2) Hígh performance and flexibility.
"Servo" techno(ogy íntegrates all conventional kŕnematic systems:
eeccentric, eccentric wíth stroke change, soft-blanking, línk drive and soft-blanking with stroke change.
3) In terms of economic impact we have very high ef fıciency levels.
The main features of the press dynamícs are:
- high torque at low number of revolutions
- motor dírectly connected wíth kínematic motion
- free programmatíon of the motor chart
- free programmation of the stroke
- use of the press in die testíng mode
Through the analysís of the servopress ít is possible to choose also pendulum motion. This allows to make the stroke adjustable as needed;
in a continuous way. This flexíbilíty optimizes forming processes and increases a lot the productivity. On varying the stroke, the BDC rem the personalízation extremely easy. From the energetic point of view, we obtain a high level of ef fıciency of the energy consumption becau only where ít is necessary. In other words, traditional presses absorb energy during the whole cycle, even if they are not working ín order moving. The use of the pendulum motion allows the management of the forming tímes and hence the raise of the production growth up to of products.
Make the scene the new OMERA website
Complete ín contents. Easy to browse. Quíck in consultatíon.
These are just few of the strong points of Omera new websíte, a
multímedía tool integrated ín the activity the company located
ín Chíuppano (vI) of fers to its 1talian and foreign customers.
Designed as a portal, it allows the user to decide even in the
homepage its interest, by choosíng among a wíde range of products: mechanícal and hydraulíc presses, trímmíng-beadíng machines, automatíc productíon lines, íronworkers and
punchíng machínes.
For the trímmíng-beading machines has been developed a specifıc way through whích the user, startíng from íts product and requirements, can easily identífy the most suítable machine in few steps. As a result, the RFQ ís símplifıed and it can be full fılled quícker and more precisely.
The síte contaíns general information about history and company organizatíon and there ís also a section with the monthly updated availabilíty of pre-assembled machínes in stock as well as other sections dedicated to press releases, editoríals and fairs planned for the year.
The servíce ís thoroughly illustrated with complete in formation about technical assistance, after-sale servíces, spare parts management and about web and teleservice means to reduce times and íntervention costs.
The site has a clear and pleasant design and, as a whole, it represents a modern and updated depíctíon of the style and contents of Omera. It ís an improved demonstratíon of a customercentríc strategy obtained through technological service.

Mechanícal press 630 RzCгP8-SB, that is:
R2 means double reduction gear
"C2" means composite structure wíth two connectíon rods
"P8" means plunger thrust group and 8 guides on the slide
"sB" means reduced kinematism líke "Soft-Blanking" (soft cut).

In a world in constant evolution even the most established manufacturing processes for the sheet-metal deformation require a constant evolution and improvement of what
concerns quality, flexibilíty and pay-back tíme of the investment.
OMERA knows very well the challenges of its customers and can rely on a wide range of products and possible customizations which just the most renowned international cornpetítors can offer.
OMERA productíon includes the best known trimming-beading machínes - available in manual version with pneumatic and hydraulic controls as well as in automatic versíon equipped wíth numerical control ínterpolated axes - and also a wide range of hydraulic and mechanícal presses.
Regarding the hydraulic presses, OMERA has developed many dífferent applications, ín order to meet the different needs of its customers, starting from standard machines for deepdrawíng, up to machines for coining, cold forming operatíons
and machínes for hot forgíng and hydroformíng. In terms of
dimensions, OMERA machine range extends from small 50-60 ton c- f rame presses up to 400o ton presses. The wide offer required competence and technological development as well as an extended range of specífic accessory solutions.
OMERA's attention towards energy efficíency and control quality allowed the development of technologies whích make
OMERA hydraulic presses a fírst quality product ín the global market.
Its engagement ín many fields enables now Omera to offer íts customers a wíde selection of technologies. For example, the exístíng mechanical presses range can rely on a tradition
that goes back to 1970 but now finds new developments and opportunities due to the adoption of the present technologíes of electroníc management obtaining a fast and precise
management of all the machine operation parameters.
OMERA mechanical presses are equipped wíth an electroníc
control which manages all the auxiliary functions such as lubrication, dríven by an inverter to set the delivery according to the production speed, the pressure automatic set up of the
balancíng cylínders, the precise calíbratíon of the hydraulic safety device and the adjustment of the slide positíoning.
In addition to these parameters, many optionals and accessories are also available such as very fast electroníc control cams with highly flexible logic to  it dies with complex control systems.
As optíonal, it is possible to have the bearings temperature control, the hydraulic power-packs pre-heating, the main motor energy supply recovery system, the strain meter on connection rods and the fast die change devíces, starting from simple automatic clampings up to big T-track Moving Bolster.
The interface with the user is guaranteed by touch screen panels which can manage not only the press f unctíons but also the data and the control screens of the chosen automation.
