It is especially used for beading operation of drawn covers.
Max. diameter of the piece to be processed (nominal) 400 mm.
Programmable work in sequence up to 8 cycles and 5 operating units, controlled by PLC
Standard pneumatic system to perform up to 3 operations in just one setting.
Speed change by pulley and two-pole electric motor to give 4 speeds to the spindle.
Clutch/brake assembly, electropneumatically driven and spring return.

Standard hydraulic-pneumatic presser; stroke 300 mm., capacity
35 kN at 0,6 MPa (with pressure overgear/multiplier); standard pneumatic ejecting device only in particular case to be defined during the negotation.
