Both insíde and outsíde rollers are moveable to allow workpíece to be
extracted after forming. Thís slíde ís used for pulling forms from inside to outside.
The «ACR» hydraulic micro feed check valve is always fitted to this slide.

SCIM
Similar to the SCI slide but with oversized pneumatic cylinder for heavier operatíons.
Suitable for models R3/7 and R4/12 and for workpieces with diameters not less
than 180 mm.
Max. thíckness of the workpíece; 2 mm mild steel (R=40 Kg/sq. mm.).
Both insíde and outsìde rollers are moveable to allow workpiece to be
extracted after formíng. This slíde is used for pulling fцrms from inside to outsíde.
The «ACR-- hydraulic micro feed check valve is always fítted to thís slide.

CF
Special slíde with extra depth throat, suitable for R3/7 and R4/12 havíng a
stroke of 50 mm. Complete with knífeholder and knífe of 170 mm Ø.
Maximum material thickness of 5 mm (R=40 Kg/Sq. mm). The maximum throat
of the knifeholder ís 255 mm and ís suitable for trímmíng and beadíng píeces which have been drawn from square blanks. This slide is always fitted complete with «ACA» hydraulíc micro feed check valve and usually coupled with SCR/25 or SCR/40.

SV
This slide has vertical movement (stroke) suitable for all the models.
The minimum díameter of the workpiece is 65 mm.
Maximum workpíece thickness 2 mm mild
steel (R=40 Kg/sq. mm).
Its normal use is for curlíng toward inside or outsíde on circular pieces:
Different rollers can gíve dífferent diameter of curl.
A hydraulíc check valve controls feed.

URO
This unit is used for trimming circular pieces in vertical plane, and ít ís suitable
for all models, with pieces havíng diameters not less than 90 mm.
Max. thíckness 1,2 mm for mild steel (R=40 Kg/sq. mm); 1 mm. for stainless
steel.
The lower knífe is mounted on an horizontal spindle. Thís unít ís suitable
for thin material and with appropríate rolleг gives a lead to the trimmed edge
іn readiness for the curlíng operatíon.
Supplied with one set of trimming knives wíth a símple device whích adjusts
the clearance between the two knives.

URI
This unit is used for trímmíng circular píeces ín the vertical plane, and it is
suitable for all models an workpieces having díameters not less than 110 mm.
Max. thickness 2,5 mm for mild steel (R=40 Kg/sq. mm); 2 mm for staínless
steel.
The lower knife ís mounted on an angled spíndle thís permits trímmíng operatíons
on pieces of inedium thickness. It ís always supplíed wíth one set of trímming
kníves whilst a simple device adjusts the clearance between the two kníves.

ARAV
This unit ís used to trim or curl polygonal pieces in the vertical plane where corner
radíi must be 30 mm minímum. It ís fitted on slides «N — R3» oг «N — R4»
to replace standard knífeholder and is powered hydraulically through the
«MOP 100» device.
Maximum thickness of workpiece 2 mm
Mild Steel (R=40 Kg/sq. mm) or 1.5 mm
Stainless Steel.
Supplied complete wíth one set of trímming knives with a simple device to adjust clearance. Normally on a machine «set up» the ARAV ís used
ín conjunction wíth an ALOC to obtain a finished piece, as ín the case of a
polygonal tray where trímming and curling are consecutive.

ALOC
This unit is used for curling/forming/ beading operations in a horizontal plane
with workpieces whích are polygonal.
It is fitted on slides «N — R3» and «N — R4» to replace standard knifeholder.
Maximum thickness of workpiece for forming is 2.5 mm on mi1d steel
(R=40 Kg/sq. mm) or 1.8 mm stainless steel. The form copying roller controls
the forming roller, except thaf it can be índependently fed into the forming shape.
Feed control ís by micro adjustable hydraulic check valve.

SCR
Counter roller support, suítable for use with «C» «CM» «CF» slídes to form or
trim on circular pieces in the horizontal
plane.
Standard sizes:
SCR/12 for min. díameter 120 mm thickness max. 1,2 mm mild steel
SCR/16 for mín. diameter 160 mm thickness max. 2 mm mild steel
SCR/25 for mín. díameter 250 mm thickness max. 3,5 mm mild steel
SCR/40 for min. diameter 400 mm thickness max. 5 mm mild steel
Always use the largest síze consistent with the minímum díameter to ensure maximum stíffness.

MOP 100
This device ís a hydro pneumatíc intensífier producing hydraulic power to
supply ARAV and CTS uníts. Complete with all mountíng brackets and accessoríes.

CTS
This unít is a scrap cutting shear, fully adjustable for positíoníng and suitable for
all models. The maximum capacity of shear ís 20 sq. mm in mild steel
(R=40 Kg/sq. mm) and maxìmum opening between blades is 40 mm.
Except for very líght shearíng thís unit ís powered hydraulically by the «MOP 100»
device.

UTS
Thís unit is used for light chamfering or deburring operations on círcular workpíeces on eìther ínsíde or outsíde edges. The unit is fully adjustable for
position and heíght and suitable for all machíne models. A standard turning
tool ís used

Used on «G» and «CM» slides and replaces standard knife holder. The extra throat depth allows workpiece flanges of 175 mm maximum. Complete with 170 mm Ø knife and roller.

Can be fítted to «C» and «CM» slides as a replacement for standard knife holder. When equípped with standard turning tools can be used for chamferíng,
turníng or deburring in the horízontal plane on circular píeces.
