These machines work round pieces, generally deep drawn, with an automatic and
programmable operation sequence.
The workpiece is clamped on a workpiece holding tool installed on the trimming machine spindle. The presser is used to clamp the piece during the working and at the end of the cycle the ejector facilitates the removal of the piece.
For special pieces or shapes, the workpiece holding tool can be of expanding type.ln this case the expansion movement is powered by the ejector.
The machines are fitted both with a variable speed to adjust the peripheral speed according to the piece diameter and with a pneumatic system which controls the
working units.
The electric system, placed in a special cabinet, is based on a PLC that controls the
working phases. The work sequence can be programmed by the operator panel located on the electric cabinet.
The R 300 model uses a timer programming system in place of the PLC.
The machine is activated by the operator keeping pressed the two-handed control.
