BED EXTENSIONS
They are needed when the machine must be equipped with more than a slide, or when the workpiece is particularly big.
Bed extensions are cast-to-size cast iron shelves, grooved like the table to which they are fixed laterally (see photo).
SPECIAL COLUMNS FOR THE PRESSER
Oversize coIumns (i.e. with bigger diameter and longer stroke than the standard) can be mounted instead of the standard ones, when particular workpieces must be processed.
SAFETY GUARDS
All trimming-beading machines - which are not to be included in automatic production lines, usually surrounded by railings - are compulsorily equipped with fix safety guards on the 3 sides of the machine unguarded by the operator.
The operator himself is essentially protected by both the safety spacer keeping the control pulpit at the established distance from the machine, and the two-hand control system obliging him to keep both his hands on the pushbuttons during the entire
work cycle.
On demand, an addítíonal protectíon for the operator can be supplíed in one of the following versions:
- a vertically sliding door (with either a metallic grate, or a plexiglass plane) duty provided with inner counter-weights that make its handling easy and electrically connected to the
machine control;
- a light guard (photoelectric cell)

Long-stroke slide with horizontal movement towards the spindle; suitable for all pieces
(normally used for polygonal pieces).

These units are provided with a movable counterroller support.

UNIT TYPE UR
To perform working operations which require a downwards vertical movement.
Lower counter-tooling, fixed type.
Unit suitable for processing round pieces.

UNIT TYPE SV
To perform working operations which require an upwards vertical movement.
Unit suitable for processìng round pieces.

WORKING UNIT TYPE STR
Triple effect unit for narrowing the edge of round deep-drawn pieces.
This unit has been designed for the working on stainless steel lids and all similar forming operation

Lock seaming unit in two operations in sequence by means of verticai movement of the tool.
This unit is osciliating horizontally and guided by a proper piece holder.
Normally used for polygonal pieces.
To be able to operate, this unit needs the MOP-100 acessory.
