RH 2/5 V-belt Pulley Wheel Makíng Machine 
A semi-automatic machine with a hydraulic presser and four column mounting, designed for manufacturing singlegroove V-belt pulley wheels working from either pressings or solid discs.
The shaping and sizing of the groove is achieved by rotating the workpiece in the same kinetic conditions as those in which the pulley wheels will eventually work. They obtain
perfect concentricity without any axel-deviation, with an accurately smoothed and sized groove.
The toolings for pulley-wheel making are generally inexpensive.
This machine can also be fitted with other standard slides in our range for performing different types of operations on rounded parts, such as trimming, curling, etc.

The down stroke of the presser is initially at high speed•
and low pressure, then it switches to low speed and high pressure. After the workcycle has started, when an extended lowering of the presser is necessary (for production of pulley wheels from pressings) it is synchronized with the in-movement of the slide which performs the shaping.
The speed and rate of pressure can be easily changed according to the pulley wheel characteristics required.

180/364, 258/522 rpm with 60 Hz power source
