Omera RP1 RA600 Automatic trimming beading machine 
This model works deep-drawn polygonal and round pieces with a flat flange.
It stands out from other machines because it does not require a workpiece holding
tool, which makes it easy to use for working pieces produced on a small-scale.

experience in the manufacture of automatic lines and are perfect for the production
of round pieces.

piece loading and unloading systems.

As a consequence, a wíde range of accessories and addítional devíces have become standard to carry out dífferent workíngs by means of a base working unít.Thís range of accessoríes increases ín the course of tíme and perfectly meets the ínterchangeability using a cheap productíon system whereas sometimes ít ís suffícients to change one of the accessories to perform dífferent workíngs.
Duríng the desígn and realízatíon of our trimming machínes we always consíder the conveníence of the machíne equipment because the same can carry out operatíons on different pieces usíng the appropríate working units.
In OMERA's,the trímmíng machines can
be equipped wíth workíng units complete wíth additíonal systems ín order to make rapíd the machíne Set-up.
Therefore there are at disposal additional moduls such as: rapíd adjustments, which allow to positíon quíckly the workíng unít according to the piece díameter; addítíonal movement items (mobílity) ín case it is necessary to move the tool inside the piece for operational reasons or for piece ioadíng/ unloading; rapíd locking systems of the
unit on the machíne table and on request personalized systems.
