OMERA SPA Semi automatic Trimming and Beadíng Machínes are desígned mainly
for horízontal trímmíng operations, on drawn pieces of any shape., thus replacing the more expensive traditional method of síde clípping with presstools.
The resultant edge is perfectly square, burr-free and has a good appearance. In
additíon to trimming operation, and as part of the automatic cycle, these
machines also carry out beading, curling, ribbing, thread rolling, formíng and lock seaming operations.
Each of the basic models «R2/4» «R3/7»
«R4/12» are capable of carrying out an automatíc sequence of operations according to the specific work piece.
For this purpose, the bed equipment of our machines consísts of detachable
common elements which can be fitted to each of the three models as required. The result ìs that equipment such as slides, units, accessories, can be added to or
removed from the machine without modifying the basic model.
The versatility of the machine, together with the ease of change over and rapid
programme «set up» make this machine suitable for small batches or contínuous
production. Skilled operators are not requíred, due to a fully automatic cycle.

The basíc machine is composed of: frame, spindle/gearshift unit, column/presser
unit, electronic controlling unit.
