ROTARY SHEARS AND FLANGING MACHINES
DESCRIPTION
The shears set TCD is composed of 2010 - 1507 - 1005 and 803
models.
The strong and compact frame, abundantly dimensioned, is built in welded and normalised plate.
The machines have been progected by superimposition of a solid traditional mechanics some technical innovations which improve its safety and production power. The set is articulated in a range of four models with several equipments and various tailstocks (see equipments and tailstocks pages) so that they can
satisfy the most different requirements. The working of 2010 and 1507 models is oleodinamic, while the working of 1005 and 803 models is mechanic; in all models, the cutting and flanging cycle is full
automatic.
As it is well illustrated in the work's cycles (see ahead on) the our machines are suitable to cut discs, rings and circular sectors and, if need be, stripes; to flange discs, plane and tapered bottoms; to make ribbs on discs and stripes.

BEAM TAILSTOCK for great díameters.
It gíves the same servíces of the turret tailstock, wíthout drilling the plate.

COLUMN TAILSTOCK ADJUSTABLE IN HEIGHT
for cuttíng or trímming round píeces. The lockíng plane of the trímmíng piece ís adjustable in heíght tíll maximum 400 mm. from the work plane.
